Leads are priced based on the type of lead and the time elapsed from the date of request by potential buyer or seller. Prices for leads are as follows:
* Homeowner leads represent leads generated from HomeValueHunt.com and MoveUp.com. These leads are from homeowners who have requested the last 15 sold comparables around their home and generally represent homeowners who are interested in selling or refinancing their home, as well, many of the leads may only be homeowners who are just curious as to the value of their home and may have no immediate interest in selling or refinancing. These leads are ideal for creating an email database in the area you work.
All leads are guaranteed to have either a valid phone number or email address. If leads received do not have either a valid phone number or valid email address; then immediate credit will be issued under the terms of the participation agreement.
